This is usually caused by installing packages from Ubuntuzilla. Fixing this now
dpkg-divert: error: corrispondenza errata sul pacchetto
  nel rimuovere "deviazione di /usr/bin/firefox da firefox"
  trovato "deviazione locale di /usr/bin/firefox in /usr/bin/firefox.ubuntu"

This is the error in the log, try removing all non-official packages and
see if that resolves your problem. Closing this report.
