Have you tried to browse it with another browser? sorry failed to answer;
Yes this will play in firefox after somedelay.
I realize the obvious is to "PLAY  IT IN FIREFOX then" any hints  about .php and how to deal with it; perhaps this the page writers problem.
 I've got a tool which gives much of the code on these pages if that might help.
