[Bug 595551]

Just to keep things from being to Google-centric. We've been playing
with a Davical server. URLs for the Calendar look like:

http://calserver.our.domain.edu/bob/home
http://calserver.our.domain.edu/morgan/home

Two different people, two different passwords to access, Lightning will
only work for one of them at any given time.

The user community expects the kind of behavior exhibited by Apple's
iCal product, you set up both calendars, they have a different user name
and password associated with each calendar, and it WORKS.
