Binary package hint: firefox

ran system test on windows based computer, could not find plugin for
flash player by adobe, tried quicktime it did not install the plugin
found, so did not play movie.

got ubuntu from website, for desktop pc i386

using ubuntu to diagnostic on crashed windows computer.
