WORKAROUND: Use flashplugin-installer in Firefox.

3) What is expected to happen is in Firefox when one goes to
www.broadband.gov -> clicks Test My Broadband Speed Now -> fills out the
form then clicks Go To Test, the speedtest presented works (
http://www.broadband.gov/qualitytest/ookla.htm?conversationId=31711 ).

4) What happened instead is it glitches out and does not work.
