Public bug reported:

Caused by some of the latest updates (during the last weeks), I am
getting the following error when trying to use Enigmail:

"""

Bug #52763 is similar (symptom), but I think it is caused by some
incompatibilities now.. I am using both thunderbird and enigmail from
the Ubuntu repositories.
