Although on 64bit didn't experience the issue, it installed flawless.
flashplugin-installer:
Installed: 10.3.183.4ubuntu3
Candidate: 10.3.183.4ubuntu3
Version table:

Changelog of nspluginwrapper actually says
< don't fail installation if one of the plugins failed to refresh >

Did all updates and dist-upgrade but nspluginwrapper is still pending
here and doesn't get installed.
Here in dpkg.cfg.d there is no multiarch file and suggested cmd did nothing, it just says no permission.
