I'll be honest. I'm not a very skilled user, and it has been a long time
since I posted the issue. I am now using a newer version of Ubuntu, and
have long since resolved the issue. Even if I could remember what exactly
occurred at the time, I am sure I wouldn't be able to provide much
information [?] I do appreciate your response though. Thank you, and have a
