Yes, I know. I'd rather try to find a solution that works for both
cases. This might even go down to a custom login dialog that lets you
select "Use these credentials for all calendars on this server" (in a
different bug of course) but in light of releasing 1.0 asap I'd rather
not do this now. A preference should do it for now and wouldn't go
outside the scope of this bug.
