please, can you push either thunderbird 5, or a version with backported fix for this issue to Natty? This bug is annoying. I often don't realize the thunderbird crash immediately, and wonder why cpu heat and cpu fan both run crazy, and the battery lifetime decreases that fast.
Sometimes I even left the laptop in that state for some time while doing something else, and was shocked that it was hot like burning when I came back. This is the main reason why I consider the bug as critical.
