[Bug 652043] [NEW] Firefox has different tooltips from Ubuntu's default

Binary package hint: firefox

Firefox 3.6.10 on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS 64-bit renders slightly different
tooltips compared to those that are rendered by system (see the
screenshot). They differ in transparency and round corners - both of
which Firefox does not have.
