Thanks, but this isn't useful without a backtrace. If you're using
Ubuntu 10.04 or 10.10, please use the upstream crash reporter to send
the report to Mozilla. If you're using an older Ubuntu version, please
enable Apport in /etc/default/apport and then restart. Next time it
crashes, you can then submit a crash report, which will open a new bug
