[Bug 642028] [NEW] Firefox bookmark organizer: cannot edit bookmark details e.g. tags (edit UI doesn't appear)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

Ubuntu firefox.

1) Open bookmark organizer (Bookmarks->Organize Bookmarks).
2) Navigate to and click on a bookmark, e.g. the Ubuntu website which is included in the default bookmarks.

Expected behaviour:
The bottom right pane should show a number of text edit fields - showing the URL, the bookmark title, and the list of user-assigned tags.

Actual behaviour:
The pane instead shows the details for the current bookmark folder (or tag, or whatever).

This means I can't use the bookmark organizer to edit tags.  (It means I
have to actually _visit_ the site in question on order to edit the tags.
Clearly not good for bulk tag editting).
