+ 3) What I expected to happen is in Firefox browser, when one tries to
  play webcast at:

  http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=67786&p=irol-
  eventPopUpDisclaimer&pp=IROL-
  BasicWebCast&EventId=3344956&WebCastId=1038695&StreamId=1554643&mp=IROL-
  EventDetails&PlayerPlatform=1&TIK={0ec8899c-f20a-

  then clicks "click here" if the window does not pop-up, one clicks Tools
  -> Add-ons -> Extensions -> mediaplayerconnectivity -> Preferences
  button -> Wizard at top -> "start configuration wizard" button it would
  do so successfully.

  4) What happened instead is the wizard window popped up but it was as
  thin vertically as a toothpick, preventing me from using the wizard
  (please see attached screenshot.png). I did the same thing a few more
  times but could not reproduce so....
