[Bug 639621] [NEW] After a dialup connection established, FireFox starts with the Work Offline box checked

As was the case in previous versions of Ubuntu, 9.10, 9.04, etc, dialup on a 
56k modem ( I use a US Robotics 5637), when I start firefox, I get a dialog
box, "Firefox is in offline mode, click applications, and deselect the work offline box.

When I do that, Firefox can access the web.

It still happens under Ubuntu 10.4 as well as other versions.
