[Bug 633631] [NEW] Dynamically resizing flash content stops it being notified about focus gain/lost

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

Flash content normally receives an event when it gains focus and another
event when it loses focus. The AS3 events are Event.ACTIVATE and
Event.DEACTIVATE.

After resizing the content using Javascript, these events are no longer
received by the flash application.

Note that focus is transferred normally: the flash application can still
receive input as normal. It is only the _notification_ of focus
gain/loss that is broken.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit http://www.draknek.org/misc/firefox-bug-1/index.html
2. Click on flash content (starts as a black rectangle) to give it focus.
3. Click outside to remove the focus.
4. Click the [x4] link to resize the flash content.
5. Click the flash content to give it focus.

Actual results:

Before resizing, flash content area turns green when focus is gained and red when focus is lost.
After resizing, flash content does not respond to focus changes.

Flash content area always turns green when focus is gained and red when
focus is lost, before and after resizing.
