[Bug 633210] [NEW] [maverick] Firefox tooltips disappearing too fast, again

Firefox 3.6 fixes a UI bug in which alt-text or tooltips shown by mouse
hover was disappearing too fast, tracked at
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=395668 and
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/239462

However, this bug reappears after updating to Firefox 3.6.9 in the
Maverick 10.10 beta. Tooltip display times are even significantly
shorter than before 3.6, and even worse cannot be prevented from being
hidden by slightly moving the mouse around the tooltipped area.
