Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

This is on Maverick beta, I've seen similar things on Lucid.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to
https://install.bankid.com/sv/installbankidcom/Linuxsparet/Klientinstallation/
and click the link "Hämta säkerhetsprogrammet för Linux".
2) Select "Open with Archive Manager (default)"
3) The following error will appear once the file has downloaded: "/tmp/LinuxPersonal.tgz could not be opened, because the associated helper application does not exist. Change the association in your preferences."

Expected "Archive manager" to open.
