Package version: 3.6.8+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.10.04.1

Bug is still there.

AFAIR, this feature (<video> tag with OGG) has been broken in Ubuntu since the day it was introduced.
I don't recall ever having this problem on Windows.
