[Bug 627879] Re: package ubufox (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: no package named `ubufox' is installed, cannot configure

The issue seems to be that a repository shipped with Ubuntu Ultimate
Edition contains a package called ultimate-edition-customizations, which
replaces every file in ubufox.

mvo suggests this confuses apt:

<mvo> chrisccoulson: three cheers to dpkg ;) "(Noting disappearance of ubufox, which has been completely replaced.)
<mvo> "
<mvo> chrisccoulson: that confuses apt slightly - actually apt should nowdays be able to cope
<chrisccoulson> mvo - nice! should i assign this bug to apt then, or is there something i can do in ubufox?
<mvo> chrisccoulson: but apparently it is not. as a workaround, you should keep a single file in the ubufox package so that the package still exists.

Anyway, I'll reassign this to apt. There's nothing really for us to do
in the Ubuntu ubufox package, but the ultimate-edition guys could work
around it if they want to

** Package changed: ubufox (Ubuntu) => apt (Ubuntu)

** Changed in: apt (Ubuntu)
   Importance: High => Low

** Also affects: ubuntu.ultimate
   Importance: Undecided
       Status: New
