I am having the same problem with loading facebook.  it is only when i
am using the library's internet connect, and using ubuntu.  it doesn't
matter what browser I use (tried chrome, firefox, epiphany), even using
windows firefox through wine doesn't work.  If I load up windows it
works just fine.  If I use windows with vmware it works just fine.  all
my friends using windows or os x have no problems.  Also, it is just not
facebook.  A few other sites won't load, or only partially load.  vimeo
seems to stall half way.  Also I can't seem to download podcasts, but i
haven't tried this under windows so it could be network specific issue.
