Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu.  You're using the open source
Flash player, Gnash which tries to be compatible with Flash, but doesn't
always succeed.  The latest version should be compatible with Youtube
videos.  Could you please give us a specific site that does not work (if
it's not private)?
