It is Maverick upgraded from Lucid. Apport says it is Distro 10.10 (so -
Maverick) whilst installation media 10.04LTS :)

I have quite new ALSA drivers
cat /proc/asound/version  --> Advanced Linux Sound Architecture Driver Version 1.0.23. and seems problem was solved but I am not sure if this thanks to ALSA update or thanks to new update files for Distro (by Update Manager).
