[Bug 654560] [NEW] no maildownload by hotmail-accounts. RETR command could not be executed

Binary package hint: thunderbird

webmail and hotmail are the newest. since a few weeks i always got the
message "RETR-command could not be executed. Negative vibes from server
.....". Sending mails is o.k., but no download of mails are possible on
all hotmailaccounts.
