[Bug 509955] Re: unable to connect to smtp server

Additional information:
Bug affects my "Identity" settings. If I set my identity to
"T. Weißschuh <mail>" this bug occurs:

"An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded:  This
user account is not authorized to send messages with the address
?ISO-8859-1?Q?22T2E_WeiDFschuh22?. Please adjust your e-mail client
settings and try again.. Please check the message and try again."

Obviously some encoding goes wrong.
