[Bug 404007] [NEW] [karmic] Firefox upgrade warning is issued twice

I report this on karmic, but it could apply to other releases as well.

When Firefox is updated you get warned by Ubuntu that you need to
restart it. This is done by a dialogue that pops up under other
applications. The dialogue isn't very pretty and contains more text than
what can quickly be read. The only action available is an OK button.

At the same time a running instance of Firefox will warn you as well by
popping up a bar similar to the one that appears when there's a codec
missing. There is a useful Restart button that restarts your browser
very fast and preserves your tabs.

This are two ways of telling the user about the need of restarting the
browser. The latter is obviously a better way.

I suggest to remove the first way.

I'm not sure if the AppCenter will get a special warning dialogue/area
telling what apps need to be restarted(in that case Firefox should be
included), but the current Update Manager doesn't provide such an option
and thus the dialogue only confuses people, because often they'd find
the dialogue after they've closed all open windows or after they've
already restarted Firefox. Some users would think they have to restart
Firefox again.
