Hi and thanks for your help making Ubuntu better. I can't reproduce the
bug, so I need to ask you some questions to investigate the bug.

1. Are you using some extensions with Firefox? You can get this information from Tools→Add-ons.
2. What happens if you run `firefox' in a terminal for the first time (i.e. after rebooting the computer)? Could you attach the output here, please?
