[Bug 541951] Re: Firefox 3.6 does not honour lockPref

The attached patch taken from xulrunner-1.9.2 enables lockdown of
preferences for firefox  3.6+nobinonly-0ubuntu6. I merely changed the
path names from xulrunner to mozilla.
