Hello Draycen, as you see I run apport-collected according to the
instructions at the web-site you indicated. I'd like to add that running
the diagnostics dialog after the print job failed I get the result:
"/usr/lib/cups/filter/pips-wrapper failed". Regarding to this I found
the follwing instruction by Avasys:
