[Bug 531267] [NEW] Shortcuts isn't working on not-english languages

Binary package hint: thunderbird

Compose email. Using Russian language. Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+X etc
shortcuts isn't works at all. After switch to english language it is
works. I think Thunderbird is not young so much for have such childhood
bugs.
