[Bug 598040] [NEW] Google Streetview detects Flash isn't version 10

Public bug reported:

Google Streetview seems to have stopped working with package
flashplugin-nonfree 10.0.1.218+really9.0.277.0ubuntu1 on 8.04, Hardy.
I've been a happy user for months but on 2010-06-22, on dropping the
orange man on the map, a balloon appears saying "To use street view, you
need Adobe Flash Player version 10 or newer". It was fine last week.

I think it must only be the check for the version of Flash that's
failing because if I visit a site that embeds Streetview, e.g.

    http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-14227569.html

and hit the Streetview link under the main picture, Streetview still
works fine. (This isn't a workaround however!)

Not having Streetview anymore is a pain for 8.04 repository users. I've
no doubt I could ditch flashplugin-nonfree and install a later version
from Adobe's site but sticking to the repos is an attraction of a LTS
release.

** Affects: flashplugin-nonfree (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
