[Bug 546969] Re: focus does not switch to firefox when a hyperlink is clicked in another application

Just found that setting web browser option in Preferred Applications to
"Open link in new tab" *does* change focus to Firefox. Same thing with
"Open link in new window". This is a satisfactory workaround for me.
