Thanks for letting us know what brand of graphics card you are using.
Since this affects Chromium as well, the problem is likely not with
Firefox, so I am un-marking this as a Firefox bug.

Could you please let us know if there are any sites that consistently
cause this issue for you? And if there are, can you let us know if the
sites have anything in common? For example, do they all have Flash
elements? If there is any kind of consistent pattern, it will greatly
help us determine the cause of this bug.
