!!! RESOLVED:

In my home directory:
/home/<MYACCOUNT>/.mozilla/plugins/

placed files:
-rw-r--r-- 1 ppv17770 ppv17770     856 2006-12-15 13:51 flashplayer.xpt
-rwxr-xr-x 1 ppv17770 ppv17770 7040080 2006-12-15 13:51 libflashplayer.so

when I delete OLD (dated 2006-12-15) - libflashplayer.so

FLASH IS WORK FINE!!!

And in:
In FireFox: Tools - Plugins:
...
Shockvave Flash 10.1 r53
...

All right!!!

Also in:

/home/<MYACCOUNT>/.mozilla/pluginreg.dat - (2009-04-06 19:18) 
  - OLD file, has string 'Shockwave Flash 9'

/home/<MYACCOUNT>/.mozilla/firefox/pluginreg.dat - (2009-04-07 11:41)
  - OLD file, has string 'Shockwave Flash 9'

/home/<MYACCOUNT>/.mozilla/firefox/n9gm9wgm.default/pluginreg.dat - (2010-07-21 14:57)
  - FRESH file, has string 'Shockwave Flash 9'

What file is actual???
Which from him I cat delete???
What is correct\right way resolve this situation???
