This is a known issue with the flash content on this web page. For
example, see http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=3048974

The easy, least-intrusive fix is to install the AdBlock Plus Firefox
extension and add a filter for:

*://www.citicards.com/cards/wv/swf/filter1.swf

For me, disabling this one SWF file makes the site work.
