Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: firefox
I am noticing a peculiar problem which is the text bar in Firefox is
longer than usual on several websites, The text bar overrides the text
on the page rendering a portion of web page unreadable. This is a
persisting bug and I have noticed this on many websites such as picasa,
ubuntu search page page etc.
I am observing this bug since ubuntu 9.10 and it has persisted even
after i have upgraded to ubuntu 10.4.
I have tried to solve this problem by reinstalling firefox, going back
to firefox 3.0. In spite of that I have been unable to resolve this bug.
I have attached images showing the bug and its effects.
Any help would be appreciated.
