Convierto el fallo en pregunta para que así se te pueda ayudar mejor prueba con:
http://get.adobe.com/es/flashplayer/thankyou/?installer=Flash_Player_10_for_Linux_%28.deb%29
Una vez descargado el paquete .deb pínchalo dos veces y lo instalas (con Mozilla Firefox cerrado).
