[Bug 507849] [NEW] customizing the mail toolbar only allows one added button

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: thunderbird

Open an e-mail in a separate window and open the customize dialog.

You can drag one new button to the mail bar, but not a second one.
There is no error message and the cursor doesn't change as with the first button.

A functional workaround is closing the customize toolbars window for
every edit.
