Binary package hint: xulrunner-1.9.1

Attached is a patch to build python/xpcom as part of xulrunner.

xpcom is required by Sugar. ( https://launchpad.net/~sugarteam )

I have been testing this patch for the last couple of weeks at
https://launchpad.net/~dfarning/+archive/ppa  against 1.9.1.6 and
1.9.1.7 for the last couple of weeks.
