[Bug 505444] [NEW] T'bird filter ignores settings

Binary package hint: thunderbird

I set filter to move incoming mail from suffolkpolice to a folder of the
same name. The log shows that the filter has attempted to move the mail
to a non-existent folder in Local Folders.
