[Bug 522950] [NEW] new flashplugin-installer broke flash in Ubuntu 9.04

I used synaptic to update  flashplugin-installer from
10.0.42.34ubuntu0.9.04.1 to 10.0.45.2ubuntu0.9.04.1.

Flash in firefox is now broken (no longer functional.)
