Thank you for taking the time to file this bug report. Unfortunately, I
need some more information in order to better understand the bug you are
reporting.

First, can you please explain what you mean by "Firefox 3.6 doesn't
exist according to Launchpad." I am able to search for "firefox-3.6" as
a package that this bug affects. You can also find Firefox 3.6 on the
Mozilla Firefox Launchpad page.

Next, can you please summarize the odd behaviors you are experiencing
with Firefox? Your explanations of when you experience problems is
clear, but can you please explain the behavior itself? Does it occur
consistently from simple daily use? I would like to try to replicate
this bug if possible, but I'm not entirely sure what I should be trying
to replicate.

Finally, yes, Ubuntu users are more than welcome to file bugs for
supported Third Party applications using Launchpad. If I'm able to
replicate this bug, then I will see if there is any equivalent bug filed
on Mozilla's Bugzilla site and link this bug with it.

I will mark this bug "Incomplete" for now until more information is
provided.
