it is unbeliveable for me that this issue is discussed since 2003 !! and
it is not solved until now -> just import the certificates and it's
done.

This is not a question to be discussed in that length.

Do people need this certificate?
Yes, sure.

Is it easier for users if the certificate is delivered as all the other certificates?
Yes, of course.

So why not?
Why from certain Instances like cacert? (Btw. how do you check there identity?)

i can't understand issues like this…
