Thanks for the hint! Some time ago I followed the instructions in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xulrunner-1.9.2/+bug/557275 (I
don't exactly remember which program needed this) - removing that .conf
file solved the issue, sorry for the hassle.
