Same problem here.

I was dragging some Bookmarks from the Bookmar Toolbar into a new folder on the Bookmar Toolbar. The first bookmark moved correctly, but then no other bookmarks could be dragged.
Tried dragging using Organize Bookmarks, but they would not drag and drop there either.
So I tried in the Sidebar and still they would not drag and drop.

After closing and restarting Firefox "twice", the drag and drop
behaviour was restored.

Using Firefox 3.6.8 on Ubuntu 9.04
