[Bug 617977] Re: firefox dramatically slows down when loading several images

Today I tried to search images on my netbook (which ships with a single-core Celeron), but loading and scrolling is nicely fluent.
Could this bug be related to graphic driver or other related components?  My netbook has an Intel graphic card, well supported, while my desktop has an Ati 4870.
