[Bug 602221] Re: "Attachment" menu item is missing (sometimes)

Hello,

I have this same "bug" using T-Bird (ver 3.0.4) in Windows XP PRO,
service pack 3.  My "attachements menu" just diasppeared about a week
ago.  Reboots, closing/restart T-Bird have not been able to make it  re
appear.

Any comments/suggestions or bug fixes would be appreciated.
