fix is the following :
add "deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu  lucid partner" in repository urls
refresh package list

uninstall all lightning-plugin related package in synaptic (shall be the only choice)
uninstall all google provider related package in synaptic  (shall be the only choice)
uninstall all sunbird related package in synaptic (shall be the only choice)

go to lightning official plugin page and do the official steps
