stumbleupon has license issues blocking the update to a version which
works with FF3.6

livehttpheaders falls in to the category of extensions that we don't
want to support moving forwards

lightning-sunbird doesn't work with the current thunderbird version, and
there are some packaging issues which are making the update non-trivial.
Ideally, we will provide lightning without sunbird at a future date
(maybe in -backports), but this is not going to happen for release
