Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

For 10.04RC, added three different users (admin and desktop) with
password required for each. Used the System admin "users and groups"
function. But, at boot-up, no log-in requirement occurs and o/s boots
up automatically.

I expected ubuntu to boot-up to the log-in portion and to have one of
the three log-ins and passwords required for a full boot-up. This is
what has happened/occured for all previous Ubuntu versions.

** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
